BREAKING NEWS: TIDAL X: 1020, an all new mega-concert, is being thrown by the new music streaming service TIDAL, co-owned by a group of artists that includes Jay Z, Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj. Featured acts include Beyoncé, Jay Z, Prince, Nicki Minaj, Usher, Lil Wayne, T.I. and some of the most successful musical artists working today. The charity concert is scheduled to take place in Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Oct. 20. 100 percent of proceeds from the pre-sale will go to the TIDAL X FUND at New World Foundation.

Tickets for TIDAL X: 1020 go on sale Sept. 30 at 12 p.m. ET for Tidal members and on Friday, Oct. 2, at 12 p.m. ET for the general public. Ticket prices range from $74 to $244, and if you can't score a ticket to the amazing event, it is being reported that it will be live-streamed on TIDAL and available to non-members.

More than 20 acts are scheduled to perform at TIDAL X: 1020, which looks to be the most star-studded charity concert in years (this includes this year's Coachella.) Also expected to be joining the lineup are Damien Marley, Indochine, and Thomas Rhett.

TIDAL X: 1020 is just the latest in recent major news for the streaming service. Tidal recently gained exclusive rights to Prince’s new album and livestreamed the Pope’s visit to Philadelphia.
